Tiana Williams-McCray, MS

Tiana Williams
Senior Behavioral Health Specialist -
Tiana Williams-McCray, MS received her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University in 2012. During college and graduate school she worked as a teaching assistant with toddlers and a Kindergarten After-School teacher for 10 years. She also completed an internship at Integrated Wellness Group as a Clinical Intern. After completing her internship, she continued to work with children in a school setting. In 2014, Tiana returned to IWG as a Behavioral Health Consultant and Clinician. Over the years, Tiana has gained extensive experience in many areas which include play therapy with children, parent management strategies, and adolescent treatment. She has also obtained her certification in Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS), in order to assess the quality of preschool classrooms across the state.

Gina Robinson, LCSW, MSW

Gina Roberson
Behavior Health Specialist - Gina Robinson, LCSW, MSW received her Master's degree in Social Work from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work in 2008. Her work to date has included milieu therapy in day treatment programs for severely emotionally disturbed children, community mental health services for children and adolescents and behavioral consultation and training to multiple schools and mental health practitioners. Gina is an internationally certified therapist in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and a trainer for Teacher Child Interaction Training (TCIT). She also has expertise in treating childhood anxieties with a specialization in selective mutism. Additionally she has presented at peer-reviewed scientific meetings. Gina has joined Integrated Wellness Group as a part of the Behavioral Health Consultation team.

Emma Kosmaczewski

Emma Kosmaczewski
Senior Behavioral Health Specialist - Emma Kosmaczewski is a graduate of George Mason University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Conflict Analysis & Resolution, with minors in Psychology and Sociology. Emma’s education was focused on interpersonal studies and nonviolent conflict resolution methods. She has supplemented her education with experience working in a nursery with infants & toddlers, mentoring youths at the elementary, high school, and college levels, and in 2016 Emma obtained her certification in the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS). Emma has been with IWG since early 2014 and works in Head Start and Early Head Start programs across CT.
